RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales & Aftersales Manager Asia will lead sales and service activities in Thailand and in the SEA region.
This is an ideal opportunity for a service manager who wants to branch out into sales
Sales (70% time)
- Develop sales strategy and objectives
 - Build new markets and dealer networks
 - Visit dealers and end-customers
 - Manage pricing strategy
 - Develop ongoing business opportunities
 - Coordinate trade shows to promote products to relevant industries
 
Service (30% time)
- Manage Service department
 - Coordinate technical training for Group and Dealer Engineers
 - Prioritize major customer requests and handle complaints to achieve fair outcomes for clients
 - Directly offer technical customer support when required
 - Ensure company policies, procedures and safe working practices are followed
 
PROFILE
- University graduate Engineering and Business major
 - 10 years of Sales and Customer Service Experience
 - Experience field: CNC / Waterjet/laser machinery
 - Open to Thai and foreign nationals with several years of living experience in the region
 - Has traveled overseas, and is willing to continue to travel extensively
 - Very good command of English, Thai, and any other regional language
